The logs are imported from Finland, where they are manufactured with a technology that combines smaller pieces of wood, so they’re more stable, and you get cleaner lines. We created an airtight but breathable envelope, so the air moves through at a micro level, but there are no drafts. The structure is perched on a crest of the small knoll and surrounded by an undulating horizon of distant hills.
